Ulster University Launch 2024 Employer Survey
The 2024 Ulster University Graduate Employer Survey is now live and we are keen to hear your views on:
- Skills gaps/ demands
- Recruitment practices
- Recruitment challenges
By completing the survey you are ensuring that we have access to the most up-to-date information on the graduate labour market and recruitment practices which we will use to prepare our students to effectively transition into the workplace. In addition, the information you provide will help ensure that we are responsive to your organisation's talent and recruitment needs.

The survey will take no more than 10 minutes to complete and the findings will be disseminated to key institutional partners through a report, our online communication channels and at a launch event in our Belfast Campus. Please note that all survey respondents will be invited to this launch event where we anticipate discussions on the implications of the findings for graduate recruitment and workplace practices more generally.
