Offering confidential, one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy to adults (18 years +) on a short or longer term basis. Currently taking on new clients.

With 17 years experience in learning and development, I have created a one stop shop for businesses and individuals to develop their skills and excel in today's marketplace. Located in Northern Ireland we are proud to include 5 Star Hotels, Hospitality Chains, Local Government and Manufacturers in our list of Clients. Forthspring is an inter community group for all the community based at the Springfield Road/Woodvale interface. All of our services are based on good relations and peace-building, in a shared space where everyone is welcome. We offer services from toddlers to pensioners and everyone in-between. Our services include childcare, youth services, community groups, holistic schools based provision, education and exercise classes. Our building is open to other organisations for hire as a resource to support their work.
