The Carer Support Service is part of the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust (Belfast HSC Trust). We are here to support carers of all ages, as we recognise all that you do. You are a carer if you are regularly supporting a family member or friend who is unwell, frail, living with a disability or a mental health condition. This could be a child, adult or an older person.

The charity aims to “walk alongside” children, young people, young adults and the wider community to help them achieve their potential by providing advice, love & support, providing a programme of recreational, educational, cross-community and citizenship initiatives

We are a national charity that supports and speaks out on behalf of the most vulnerable and neglected children and young people in Northern Ireland. With over 20 services we are based in the heart of local communities. We help thousands of the most vulnerable and neglected children and young people to transform their lives each year and we’ve been doing so for nearly 20-years, helping more than 11,400 children alone in the last year.
